Fartlek workout at 1.0% incline. After a 3 mile warm-up, did 4 x 1 mile accelerations around 6:00 pace with 0.25 miles easy (6:39 pace) in between. Mile splits: 7:14, 6:53, 6:37, 6:09, 6:11, 6:11, 6:09, 6:09, 6:17, 6:47. Felt pretty good. [Week: 74 miles]
