Everyone is invited to celebrate the season at the 5th Annual Northfield Earth Day Contra Dance, Friday, April 19 in the Carleton College West Gym. This popular night of music and dancing will feature the band Contratopia! and dance caller Robin Nelson. The event begins with a dance lesson at 7 p.m. followed by a fun evening of contra dancing from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Admission is $9 for adults and $6 for students; proceeds from the event will benefit the Cannon River Watershed Partnership.
